We want you to love how LumaHaven transforms your space. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused or in the same condition you received it.
• It should be in its original packaging where possible.
• You'll need proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).

How to start a return

Email us at supportlumahaven@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with simple instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Return shipping costs

• If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping — this is on us.
• If you're returning an item for any other reason (changed your mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
