Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and Australia. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we're not able to ship there yet.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping costs

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Tracking

Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email. If it isn't updating after a few days, contact us at supportlumahaven@gmail.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at supportlumahaven@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it. For damaged items, please include a photo so we can sort out a replacement or refund quickly.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us right away and we'll do what we can.
